April managed the property I rented and was always so timely with her responses, very efficient when managing repairs that were needed, and ensured there was an open flow of clear communication between both parties involved. I highly recommend New West Property Management to oversee your rental needs.
April managed my property for a year and a half before I decided to sell it. She does excellent work, is highly professional, and I would recommend her to anyone looking to rent their property, especially the military community who may be far away/out of communication.

Wow!!! What a great experience!! I could not sell my condo for a decent price in 2013. My wife and I took our condo off the market and contacted New West. April was very helpful in the renting process. Any repairs to the unit were repaired promptly and quickly. April always EM us what was going on.. One of our tenants got deployed and had to move out. April got us a new tenant so we only lost one weeks rent. We had no hassles or worries with New West. We could not be happier
