She cuts to the chase, offered candid and direct advice regarding suggested list price of our rental, and didn't sugar coat things when relaying her opinions or suggestions. If your putting your property on the market, April is your go to person. She doesn't mess around and tells you the facts. Honest, quick, accurate, professional and everything you could want when renting your property. I will not go anywhere else in the future.
I rented a property through NewWest for 3 years. Throughout that time I never had any issues with April or management and any concerns I had related to the property were handled promptly and professionally. By far the best experience I've had as a renter. I rely on these reviews when searching for businesses and can ensure that you would have a good experience if you leased through April.
April and her team were quick to respond to our questions or concerns. If something needed attention, it was taken care of in a timely manner. I especially appreciate her flexibility in scheduling things around my two young children's naps! It made my life so much less stressful that she was willing to work on my schedule!
