I am a resident of Spring Street Town Center, so what would happen if I broke out my back pack blower at 630 in THE MORNING and decided to blow leaves? I think the cops would be called for a noise complaint! It's very inconsiderate that the town I live in CAN BREAK ITS OWN NOISE ORDINANCES!!!
