I really enjoy shopping the smaller shops in Newton!
15 yrs ago it would have been a five star rating! The town officials need to go.
The one hour parking limit on Spring Street is not encouraging people to support local businesses. I was at breakfast with a friend at Between the Bread and my friend got a parking ticket because she was there over an hour. Also if someone just wanted to walk down Spring Street and go in all the different shops you would have to worry about getting a ticket. The only thing i really like is the weather lol we in the south dont get snow ..i got lucky yo experience snow up here :). Besides that this town needs smth for its youth..teens..kids..it is so super boring..I'm glad to get the hell out again into my city where we got at least night life malls and all kind of stuff. Also this town needs urgently sidewalks..i cant even walk with my child around in the stroller because i cant get over some holes or cracks..thats ridiculous.
I've been in & out of Newton...living, shopping, eating,... and have seen the changes. It takes time, money & energy to rebuild, fix, and maintain...it's not just the township but the people who need to step up and take care of their home town...God Bless this town, the surrounding areas and all the people...Thank you *u*
