After 4 years as a regular customer, this was enough for me to stop coming back. I've been cut twice with the nail file. The first time was acknowledged, but the second wasn't, and that was disappointing. I also received a birthday text offering 10% off, only to be told it wasn't valid when I tried to use it. If you're sending promotional texts, stand behind them. Loyal customers deserve better customer service.

Terrible experience, at the beginning I thought it was a miscommunication due to language barrier but Lisa when I was trying to explain to her that the shape was not how I wanted it she continued to do the same thing I hate complaining so I didn’t say anything anymore but after she was just doing everything really rough so I told her I didn’t want to finish to leave my nails alone and I still paid $50

I am very disappointed with my experience at Star Nails in Manteca. As a business owner myself, I understand that mistakes can happen, but customer service and cleanliness should always be a priority. During my service, I noticed that a tool that appeared to have been used on another customer was about to be used on me. That immediately raised concerns about hygiene.
