Worst experience being here after so many times having my services done here. Over 2 hours of time to work on my feet and hands. They made me wait in between services to assist others while working on my hands. I was the only person they treated differently while others got express service. I got cut four places, and Janet was very aggressive while filing. This was $135 and I asked how come it was so expensive as I asked for basic service/style. Service has definitely changed here no longer my go to salon.
I always have such a great experience here! Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. No matter what nail design I come in with, they’re always able to recreate it beautifully and even help pick out the perfect colors for the design. Phi especially has an amazing eye for detail — I’ve never once been dissatisfied with her work. Pedicures are also incredibly relaxing and feel like a little self-care treat every time. Highly recommend!
I’ve been coming to New Star Nails for a couple of years now and would highly recommend them for Acrylics and Pedicures. They have a variety of price points for their different pedicures depending on what you are wanting that day. Phi is my go to for my Acrylic Nails and she NEVER disappoints! I love her work and value her opinion on whether a certain color or design will come out well. She’s great!
I had the best experience getting my acrylics done at NewStar! Tina did an amazing job and paid attention to every single detail. The staff was very helpful and I even got a cute collagen massage lotion as a holiday gift after my appointment. Would highly recommend this place for their attentive service and staff.
Oh my goodness, I have no words to describe how amazing my pedicure was... I got a classic gel pedicure from Helen, and let me tell you, she literally sent my feet to heaven... I almost fell asleep while she was massaging my feet... probably the best pedicure I've ever had, I highly recommend Helen for a pedicure. I will be coming back to her.
