I signed a contract with their sales *** because I was supposedly getting a 50% discount, when I compared it to other similar quotes, they were still 60% more. I called to find out how to cancel, and was told that an emailed letter would work. I did that, plus a texted photo of my letter to the sales ***, and a post marked letter to their office. CONDO ASSOCIATIONS IN ******* BEWARE OF THIS VENDOR - They refused to assist management and provide specifications REQUIRED by the ***************** to assist Condo owners in obtaining the correct windows. Owner will be held liable to replace windows that owners installed if not the correct window. Absolutely ridiculous in the state of ******* where Condo associations are primary resources to get them clients. New South Windows As far as the Product and installation of the Windows. Hands down there are completely professional very helpful and timely. The product itself excellent. For our Sales person knowledgeable very good at listening. Before you give them the last payment make sure the inspector has been there and every thing is ok. This company DOES NOT call YOU BACK. They have your money and thats it. I have call at 15 times. At least 13 calls to set up the last inspection. The inspector was here but the crew wasnt. 2 of the windows dont work. One cant lock and cant open. I thought I did my research on the company, boy was I wrong. If this company wants to make it. They need to return calls. I even try the person in charge (the big boss) and he wont ret... read more
Marcus and his crew in the Tampa area did a great job installing my beautiful new windows. It was a pleasure having them on site and they cleaned up after themselves leaving everything nice and tidy. Great installation of a quality product!
