Everything after signing the contract and writing a check with the sales rep has been a downhill experience. 15 windows, a two-day job according to newsouth. Day one, one installer shows up. Turns out the installers are outside contractors and not employees of newsouth. Day two, two installers show up, neither one from the day before. We ordered our windows and had to wait 4 months for Installation. The installers left such a mess everyday they were here leaving vinyl shavings in the garage, rugs and carpet. I had to put out sheets on my floor for protection they were not prepared with their own tarps. The caulking of the windows doesn't look professional. A few windows have missing caulking and glops inside a window.
