We had all windows and doors replaced by NewSouth Window Solutions early in September. Our dealings with NewSouth were professional and courteous. We are delighted with the windows and doors themselves, all the people within the company with whom we dealt and the installers. The products are excellent and the price was reasonable. We recommend NewSouth Window Solutions highly.

Too bad you can give zero stars because this is what they have earned. Worst customer service ever! We had a problem last year with a window, took three months to get someone to return a call and come out to see what the problem was. Ok, they replaced the window but again it took three months. Same window has same problem this year (they tell me it is a manufacturing problem with the window), spent another three months calling day after day and never getting an answer or never returning voice mail messages. I've used New South twice. The only reason I used them the second time was so my windows matched. The first install was not good, didn't bring a ladder for a second story, didn't pass inspection and the large impact window leaked. I still have damage to my wall. The second experience was better with the install team, but one window was the wrong size. That window was installed 6 weeks later by a different install team. I'm sure this is a waste of time but here goes nothing. I have been waiting for anyone to call me back to get the final inspection done, it been 6 months. This company won't return phone calls or emails. They insulate themselves very well so that you can't reach anyone that can actually fix your problem. I would recommend that anyone considering using this company to reconsider. If I could give a negative rating, I would.

Do NOT use this company!! Part of our contract included screens for our exterior sliding glass doors. All plans were originally submitted and approved through our HOA but upon install, there were no screens. It has now been over a year of back and forth with this company. First stating we did not order screens although it is clearly stated in 2 areas of our contract, then stating we didn't have the correct tracks for the screens. This is my second review. If you think filing a complaint with BBB will help you, think again.After waiting weeks, BBB said sorry we can't make the business do anything. My hope is someone will read this before buying windows form New South Windows. I ordered my windows back in March 2025, and I'm still waiting for them. Since I agreed to have them installed 3 years ago it has been one issue after another. The installation did not happen when expected, the installers made mistakes, when it was finally fixed it was implied my expectations were too high. Now that I have a cracked window and need the warranty to cover it I can't get any responses, I have emailed, contacted through their website, and called multiple times and have not received any response

We had 12 windows and 4 sliding glass doors done at our home in Largo Florida. The team that installed the windows was exceptional. The quality of the windows and doors are also great. Unfortunately once the install was finished and we made the final payment, they just forgot about us.
