I am very happy with New South windows. The product is great working with ***** was very easy and the installation crew did a very good job. They were here 2 days. They were very friendly and cleaned up behind them. Anyway, I would recommend New South winders to anybody I know.
Had another company do the front of our house and we were not happy with how they treated our house during install, the mess they made and the excuses fixing them after install day. Chose NewSouth based off of a friends recommendation and what a fantastic experience compared to the first company.***** and his A team covered our furniture, vacuumed immediately after themselves and helped move furniture and blinds carefully.Would recommend NewSouth and ***** especially over the creep with the cookies!
Did 2 phases with NewSouth and im happy with the install over 2 years later. Service did take a 2 weeks to get out to me but fixed the issue and got me scheduled promptly. Overall I recommend this company
Ordered 2 doors on 5/4/25. Doors installed end of July 2025. Doors are ok but installers did sloppy work leaving something tracked on new threshold which won't come off and sloppy putty job on screw head holes. Today is 9/30/25 and after numerous complaints to company, nothing has been done to rectify the situation. Would i call or refer this company? Never!!
Contacted several companies for quotes to replace 15 windows in my house. Some minor issues cropped up in negotiations with New South but decided to go with them based on price and product. Windows arrived in early 2025 and crew showed up for installation as promised. All sales negotiations and work was coordinated from the Houston Tx. Office. We had 42 windows installed in May 2025. 5 months later we are still waiting on our screens for the windows as well as a door they improperly installed. Due to this we are not able to complete inspection. We took a day off work for the screens and new door to be installed, unfortunately the service person showed up empty-handed without any screens or a new door. customer service was a pain in the butt. one of the "managers" chris doesn't care to much to get the issues resolved. NSW was paid by the finance company so then they are in no rush to take care of existing issues. had the finance company not paid them till the work is 100% complete; i'm sure they would make my house a priority. also, when they give you their "Customer Care Agreement" DO NOT sign it. We had all windows and doors replaced by NewSouth Window Solutions early in September. Our dealings with NewSouth were professional and courteous. We are delighted with the windows and doors themselves, all the people within the company with whom we dealt and the installers. The products are excellent and the price was reasonable.
