The manager and audiologist at this location is Elizabeth Mathes. She is state licensed and tops in her field. She is also very personable. I highly recommend New Sound Hearing in Lakeway for anyone who needs hearing aids.
Elizabeth is knowledgable, truly cares about your hearing and goes the extra step in customer care. I came in yesterday without an appointment; but she took the time to clean my hearing aids, upgrade them and made an appointment for a new evaluation.
