Every staff here is super friendly. Dr. Petrie is the best!
I was impressed. I accompanied my wife to see Dr. Ting. All of the front office staff were friendly and helpful. Josh, our imaging tech, did a good job. Dr. Ting was great, talked to us with patience,and answered all of our questions. We are looking forward to continuing her care at this facility. Recommended. Note that there is presently lots of construction going on and the site offers free valet parking.
Checked in quick, while appointment was under an hour. Don’t listen to the ones crying!
What a joke trying to get a prescription refilled. It took FIVE calls before I was told they wouldn't refill my prescription until I saw my physician. And they won't call you back so if you're waiting for a refill or even just information about a refill you'd better follow up with them on your own. Medicare Advantage?? You get what you pay for.
Went to the Irvine location. I thought the front office staff was very friendly, and the X-ray tech was also very kind and helpful. So 2 stars for them. DR. Richard Lee was the worst Dr. I have been too. Had no interested in talking about my back injury or explaining anything about it to me. He said he reviewed my X-Rays but didn't review them with me at all. It was like pulling teeth to get him to talk and tell me anything. I was shocked by his lack of professionalism.
