I had a great experience. There is nothing bad that I can say
La peor bazura lo estafan a uno hacen tdoo lo posible para q uno no pueda usar la semana !! Esta sobrevendido el lugar no sigan callendo en esas trampas de tiempo compartido soy una victima mas de miles de personas!! El lugar es suciooooo va gente de afuera hasta con el gato'n no hay seguridad!!!dicen q le dan viajes a uno y jamas existen!!! Tdoooo lo hacen tan inteligentemente q caes!! Lo peor!!
Housekeeping is horrible. Room for our timeshare was average at best. No dinnerware, silverware--we had to ask for it after our second day. Ran out of coffee and asked housekeeping twice---no coffee was delivered until I called the front desk. Our last day our room was never done up---No clean towels and the bed was not made. The internet service is the worst, We have ever encountered at a so-called resort---do not plan on getting much on-line time.. I do not recommended this hotel. Is the worst please I have visited in my lifetime , you have to but your personal things in a lroom like every spa you go when I came back to get my bag nothing but nothing was in there. I called the police and the manager an she was every very roughly.
