Frig didnt work...not worth the money we spent..wouldnt come back
My family and I just stayed at an ocean front suite at the Newport Beachside and it was wonderful...and the cost was very reasonable. The location is perfect and the hotel is clean and inviting. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The food was good too.
Check-in is nothing short of a zoo. Maids do not clean rooms properly. The restaurant is the slowest I've ever been to. Avoid this property at all cost.

I had my wedding here last wkend and I couldn't ask for a more perfect day! Our wedding coordinator Tammy was awesome and the staff was extremely friendly!
Today, during check out, we found a lot of mistakes on the receipt and at the service desk one of the employees treated us in a rude way...not a sorry and final receipt thrown on the desk! Back to training or no customer care job for him..I suggest! Good manners to teach also to the employees outside for the cars. All very rude.
Terrible management... Blamed us for the maid walking into our room without knocking and sending us to a room already occupied by another guest... Very disappointed with our stay! The hotel is beautiful and could be amazing with better management
The customer service was really great when we first got here we had gotten the wrong room but they quickly gave us an even better room and was very nice about it great view of the beach and great size pools love it here! Would definitely come back again
