I just stayed at Newport Beachside for 4 nights. Room 917.I will start with the negatives, which aren't many, just some constructive criticism. The $20.00 parking fee for self parking is enormous. With that and 22.50 resort fee, it's an extra 175.00 for me. The Wifi through the whole facility wasn't very good. The room doors key readers were awful. Sometimes it took 10-15 swipes to get in. A mí me pareció Malo no limpian y muy desorganizado las piezas de discapacitado nada q ver con los otros hoteles q si la tienen los baños distan mucho de un verdadero baño p discapacitado

Enjoyed a wonderful weekend getaway with friends at the Newport. Super attentive staff, beautiful views of the ocean, clean comfortable room and a lovely pool made this the perfect location for our get together.
I am a guest at this hotel right at this very moment. I have tried to call the front desk for 20 minutes, from both the hotel phone (which doesn't work properly) and my personal cell phone. I've got nothing. All I want is a blanket, so my brother in law can rest comfortably on the rooms pull out couch. But, I guess I've spent all this money for nothing, because screw customer service.
Had a reservation since March for 5 rooms with 2 queen beds for large family event. Came today and they overbooked so 2 rooms were a sofa pullout instead of a bed. One of the rooms didn't even have that so only got a twin rollaway. Very disappointing to be forced into this. Hotel is dated but decent though if they keep your reservation.
