I cannot even begin to express the disgust I have with this establishment. When contacting the front desk to confirm the "pet friendly" policy prior to arriving, I was assured that dogs are welcome. Three hours after check in, I return to an empty room to find my dogs have been removed without my permission. After my unsettling discovery, the staff (manager and security), inform me of their asinine policy of removing pets when a guest complains. I enjoyed my stay!! The only pain is check in & check out. The lines were extremely long.
Lovely stay but had a noisy room above the lobby and a busy road rooms cleaned daily but in need of an update would stay again in a differnt room not much to do on sunny isle so traveled a lot lovely beach though and friendly bar staff outside in beach bar a All in all a lovely stay in Miami will be back

Lage fantastisch Frühstück sehr gut Zimmer sehr abgewohnt. Ein sehr lautes und unruhiges Hotel. Lift ist gewöhnungsbedürftig lange Wartezeiten. würde hier eher nicht mehr übernachten.
My husband and I spent a whole week at the Newport Beachside hotel and we enjoyed every bit of it. I will definitely come back and stay at this hotel. Staff were great and very accommodating.
