Horrible business. Forgot about me multiple times and then had the audacity to call with a "check in" an entire week after someone was supposed to call in the first place. Sent two depending people out and neither of them had any idea how to do anything but then charged us for "work". They insisted the problem was electrical, forcing us to hire an electrician, only for them to come back out and conclude that was never the problem after all.
