1. Costumer Service: 0/5 stars. They are passive and beat around the bush with communications. It took us 6 months to get our fire alarm fixed. We were told nothing was wrong with it, then we got an emergency text that they needed to get into our apartment to fix it, conviently two days before it was being inspected. 2.
