Currently still waiting for an oil change. Made an "appointment" at 7:45. Was here at 7:42, it is now 10:10 and I am still waiting. 2 hours+ for an oil change??? I can't imagine if I needed anything else done how long that would take. Never coming back here again, save your money and time, go somewhere else.

Bought a used car and an extended warranty. Something is wrong with the transmission they have had it 3 weeks and still no answer except they are busy. I tried to get my sales person on the phone to ask him to help. Instead I get " bob" sales manager who lied straight to my face. No loaner car! No phone calls back! And tells me my sales person is on vacation ( he is not). Wonder if Bob would like to walk to work for a month and make a car payment on a car that's sitting in a lot? The worst service ever!!!!!

Terrible experience with sales. They were so rude to me when I tried to test drive a car. The "manager" Eric was very rude to me.
Although I had a slight hiccup with service recently.I assure you their service department truly appreciates their customers concerns.Especially the service department Manager/Advisor went above and beyond to rectify a situation.I will continue to use & recommend the service department.
