The people are very nice and low key, no pushy, in your face salespeople. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. No high pressure sales. Thanks to Mathew Brooks I am driving and loving my new Flex! Very quick service, outstanding experience! Highly recommend!

Last week I was turning into my driveway when my 2014 Ford Escape dropped into reverse and got stuck in the gear. It refused to go into park or drive. I turned off the engine and pushed it to the curb. That Monday I had it towed to Newins Bay Shore Ford. They took a look at it and found that the issue was caused by a faulty, recalled part. They fixed the problem and had the car ready 24 hours after they started the repair. I paid $160 for a new battery (which I needed) but that was it. Owner Eric Stinkey and salesman Tom Siracco are deceitful liars. I purchased a car from them and they didn’t do what they put in writing. Had to file a claim with NY DMV to get repairs paid for. They sweet talk you until they get your money then don’t return calls or emails. Scammers and liars at best. Stay away or be sorry.
I just picked up my third car from Newins last night. Everyone over there is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Mathew was super patient answering all 7,000 of my questions about several different cars and Victor taught me how to use the car I picked out with ease. I’m still trying to get a swag bag and an iPad out of them, but maybe with car #4!! Seriously though, this dealership is the best one I’ve ever been to.
