I made an appt to see a specific car. When I arrived, I was told that the car wasn't there bc the owner's wife was driving it. Unacceptable.

Had a flat tire, brought the car for oil change and for the flat tire. I told the guy at the desk when they were done i still have low tire pressure light on he said it would turn off when i drive for five minutes. I get home, tire is still flat
We just had a terrible experience with your service department and will not be returning. The customer service was terrible - we made a 9:00 appointment, but the truck wasn't looked at until late that afternoon. When we asked why the truck hadn't been looked at after waiting for a couple hours, the tech told us it's first-come first-serve. What's the point of making an appointment?
