My daughter stayed in these apartments one week before requesting to be let out of her lease. Apartment was not cleaned, she received a stove that was filthy and had food on it, no water pressure in kitchen sink, and kitchen hose didn’t work. My daughter immediately didn’t feel safe living there with her child. AND upon moving out she discovered roaches. She didn’t know they were in there because she didn’t live in the apartment. I stayed here for a few weeks and it's G-H-E-T-T-O. They clearly do as few updates as possible however rent is low if you're trying to save money.

Partner and I applied making well over the required income with a credit score of over 700, offered three months rent + deposit upfront. Applications took 6 days longer than promised to get back to us only to be told we need a cosigner that makes over 60k a year. We also made it clear we were students desperate for housing. After being accepted to another apartment Newell Heights within minutes called asking us to sign a lease with them instead...Extremely embarrassing and unprofessional.
