The resort/Pet Paradise side of the business has always been great. We have never had any issues there, and our dog absolutely loves it. Unfortunately, our experience with the veterinary side was very different. My experience with New Day, World Golf, was absolutely amazing!! So professional, caring, kind, and supportive! My boy Bosco is my world, and they took the very best care of him. Thank you to the entire staff! Fantastic job! Definitely recommend this clinic and staff to everyone I know!
Our Maltese Emma has been going to this New Day vet care location for 2 years. She loves everyone there, which is something she's never been inclined to do before at other vets in other states we've lived in. All the doctors that have been there and the nurses have been great. Now with Dr. Collins, she's definitely shown the love and care a veterinary clinic needs. We're so happy to have Dr. Collins!
Dr. Collin’s and the practice manager Leigh Ann, are both so wonderful. They are extremely helpful, care for your pets as if they are their own, and only recommend what is needed for your pet. I would trust both of them with a new born baby!!!!
Just terribly organized. I scheduled an appointment, I did everything and when you get there they say no appointment and whoever took the call did something wrong. It’s their error and the refuse to work you in or do anything but send you out the door. Go somewhere else that is accountable and professional. What a mess.
