We recently dealt with Shelly to arrange our Body Corporate accounts, and the service she provided was outstanding. Shelly was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. She took the time to answer all our questions and ensured everything was handled efficiently. Her exceptional customer service is a real credit to the company. Shelly is a genuine asset to your team, and we really appreciate all of her help.
The staff are rude and are clueless in almost all aspects of legal requirements and basic customer service. Newcastle Permanent needs to review the women who work here as they are disgraceful. Absolutely no empathy for people trying to look after sick elderly parents, more interested in making things difficult despite having all the required documents. Pathetic.
