The staff are rude and are clueless in almost all aspects of legal requirements and basic customer service. Newcastle Permanent needs to review the women who work here as they are disgraceful. Absolutely no empathy for people trying to look after sick elderly parents, more interested in making things difficult despite having all the required documents. Pathetic.

Staff are friendly and helpful
Some of the staff are incredibly rude. Thankful I left them years ago. There's better options out there.
