I brought my cat in with an emergency. They took excellent care of her. The poor lady at the desk was swamped though and deserves a lot of relief. No one should be expected to work at that pave and keep everything straight. Relieving her can keep a big mistake from happening.
Dr Darrow is the absolute BEST!!!! Her staff is top notch too!

Doctor was ok, don't feel as a good thoro check up was done. And yea doc was busy but front desk needs more help. Took 30 min before we where even checked in. Not a good 1st impression took an extra 45 min after that for vet to see my animal. Ruff day I guess.
So thankful for them!!! They did surgery on my 11 year old shitzu and I'm so happy to have her home. Also, for everything they did the price was very reasonable! I'm very happy �
I just moved to Newcastle. I have only used one vet my whole life, so I was hesitant about trying a new vet. The staff and doctor was very friendly and just loved my dog. We will be using them for all my pets needs from now on.
We are thrilled to find Dr. Darrow's office for our 2 new fur babies. Just moved to the area & have a smooth collie & schnauzer mix. No fancy frills, just super nice staff & a very kind, knowledgeable vet. We were pleasantly surprised at our total bill for neutering, shots, & a microchip. Definitely recommend Newcastle Animal Hospital !
