I have been taking my daughter here for a few years and have seen several dentists. All have been very kind and patient. I highly recommend this dental office for kids.
Dr. Carla and her assistant Shannon were professional and friendly. They filled 3 cavities for my son - and he actually had a good time! So relieved it was a comfortable experience! Thanks Dr. Carla and Shannon!

Very positive. Dr. Sue and her staff are friendly and professional. While they correct poor brushing, they do it in a gentle manner. We have already recommended her to others!
Always exceptional care. Team is knowledgeable and caring. They know all my kids by name and are genuinely interested in teaching them about dental health. Love the informational posters in the office that show different images of the choices you can make to ensure healthy teeth for my kids.

We have been going to Oak Park Dentistry in Newbury Park for over 8 years and it says a lot when the kids want to go to their appointments! The staff, from the doctors, to the hygienists, to the front desk personnel are always pleasant, professional, warm, and understanding. They do such a wonderful job in listening to the needs of the patients and of the parents as well. I've had the utmost trust in this wonderful office (Dr. Sue is absolute gem) and know it will continue. We are so fortunate to have close to home.
I think I was more antsy than my 3 kids, thinking me taking all 3 kids at one visit!! But it worked out perfect my 22 month old was happy watching big sister age 5 and big brother 3 watch their movie - Nemo and get their teeth all shined up with "sparkles" , then it was her turn and she loved it too!! the kids really didn't want to leave. Dr. Neri was so patient and sweet. The office manager Malia is so RUDE and unprofessional!!! I've left several messages for her regarding my account and she is never at the office and doesn't return phone calls!! If you have an issue don't count on her to help you!
