I would like to personally thank the third floor staff for the EXCEPTIONAL care they gave my mother Wanda! Assistant Kimberly is top of the line! She was more the amazing to Mom! Lindy, Jon, Tina, and Maggi were her favorites as they were very, very helpful and have amazing bedside manner! I was totally shocked at the A1 care she received. Thank you for caring for my mother in such a wonderful way! NCMH has improved 100%!!
I was brought in by ambulance at 1115 on Sunday March 22nd. Put me in wating room an here it is 236 a.m. on Monday an I am still sitting out here. You just called back guy that had been here since 7. An say all rooms in back are full. This is CRAZY
It is now Monday morning 2:30 AM, waiting room completely full, people have been here now for SEVEN, and EIGHT hours, so what would your rating be.
