They don't deserve a 1 star. If they had a F star for failure I would have clicked on it. Rude staff in the ER. They don't know the difference between a 1st degree burn and a 3 rd degree burn. Best advice would be go to another hospital and get the attention you deserve. Every one in the ER are traveling interns. They are all in training and dumb. They should specialize in billing instead of health care.
Family Health Care, Newberry SC and Dr. Cecelia Baskett. I'm processing this for my wife, her mother passed on 25 May, 2016. The current date is 3 June, 2016. To date the funeral has not taken place because the doctor listed above will not sign the death certificate. My mother in-law was 77 years old and had cancer. We had multiple issues with this doctor from getting medicine(s) to relieve her pain to getting answers to questions about her condition. This is a poor example of care. People always say that there home town hospital is terrible and they wouldn't let them clip there nails. I have been here at Newberry Hospital twice. First time when my son was born and laity for the last three days. Both times I have found all the people here to be the best. They are the real thing and they have made my stay help full. Thanks to you all for the great job you do.
Kinda slow that day but they get to you as soon as they can
This is a really nice hospital but the staff is what makes it wonderful. Everyone was so nice, thoughtful and caring. Thank you so much for helping us during a very difficult time.
Great care in ER last night for my Mom! Good care in ICU today. Thanks! But is it necessary to have the waiting rooms cold enough to to hang meat? I know where to bring a deer to next time I get one!! ❄️ I'm not cold natured either.
