Had unexpected gall bladder surgery the week of July 4th and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at Newberry Memorial Hospital! The staff was exceptionally caring; the nurses on the third floor, the nurses in the operating room, the housekeepers, anesthesiologist, the CNAs, the volunteers and of course Dr. Manayan! My room was really nice, clean and comfortable. My follow up care was excellent. I had my Knee scope this morning and did not get a form to submit my nurses names for the grace award but Dr. Logings team was so awesome, I'd like to submit everyone that alked to me, eased my fears, kept me calm, and helped in more ways than they know from Dr. Loging,down to his whole team, incuding all the nurses, anesthesiologist team and chaplain. all deserve this prestigious award. can't name them all in fear of leaving one out. but Than k you all soooo much. I'll be back!!!
Change your staff, I am here in emergency room , they will not release us , we already been seen, we just sitting in this cold room for discharge papers, no one cares at this place its been two hours still waiting to be released
The surgery department, third floor nurses and staff and Dr Manayan and Dr Bayuk were very caring. They were very attentive and made sure I was comfortable. Thank you for the great care I received. I highly recommend Newberry Hospital
I was visiting my family in Newberry when I ended up in the hospital needing surgery on my foot. I was there 4 days and 3 nights. The care was exceptional! I work with aging individuals and often find myself at the bedside of patients at many offices and hospitals, even in a larger town, and the care from admission even to the follow up phone call after discharge at NCMH is by far one of the best I’ve seen or experienced!
excellent service and care from ER, surgery and 3rd floor staff. Kudos to Dr Orville, Robin in ER and Mackenzie and Lindsay on 3rd floor. All staff were friendly and helpful
I had bilateral hip replacement surgery with Dr. Loging. Not only was the surgeon outstanding but every single individual I encountered throughout my stay was extremely professional, friendly and most of all compassionate. I live in Blythewood and chose Dr. Loging, Palmetto Bone and Joint and Newberry based on recommendations. Definitely cannot go wrong with these groups... A #1!!!!!
