I’m not personally a patient, but a dear friend of mine is in unfortunate circumstances and stuck at your hospital hundreds of miles from her home. The staff has been less than accommodating and quite honestly, unprofessional. I work at a hospital and had a baby in the NICU. I am very familiar with what is appropriate and expected behavior of medical personnel and the stories she has shared are frankly embarrassing for someone who works in the field. yall really need to do a lot better explain to me why i showed up for my appointment early and was not registared till i asked what was going on only then was i told that the dr had a meeting first i was told that i would be seen then i was told i would have to come back at 1 pm when i refused i was offered yet another afternoon appt which i also refused now i have to wait till jan really why did i even get a call confirming my appt if the doctor had a meeting and why wasnt i at least told when i got there that he was leavin... read more
