I've had an amazing experience at this hospital the staff were all helpful and supportive to me when I delivered my baby they made me and my baby comfortable everything was done decently , and in order the service was outstanding my heart is satisfied they made me feel so special GRADE A ALL THE WAY THANK U TO ALL THE STAFFS AT BETH ISRAEL MEDICAL CENTER.

this hospital is very unclean! our room had boogers all over the walls. the floors are dirty. the staff is rude. spent 5 hours and still counting of my life, and the only help we are getting is because I have to address it. very unprofessional, unsanitary. only go to this hospital if you ABSOLUTELY have no choice.
