This gym has terrible customer service. I went to downgrade my membership because I did not have a need to go to multiple locations anymore and they wanted to charge me $70 even though I just paid the yearly $70 a month ago. I told him that that was ridiculous and I wasn't going to pay $70 while I was still staying a member and paying every month and they had no problem canceling my membership, it didn't even seem like they cared about their customers at all. It's going down the tubes .. everything is break down and they invest very little in maintaining things
Uncaring staff, broken old equipment a daily occurrence. It's a joke when they show the facility to potential members.
I just joined last week. It's a nice club with a pool. It's spacious, lots of machines, not too crowded.. just wish the babysitting cost less.. it's another $20/month
Great club...trainers are awesome...overall good place to work out.
