This place is great. Everyone is super nice and helpful. My trainer Chris is fantastic! She is patient & understanding while teaching me the correct way to better myself physically and mentally .
Is the GM ever going to call me back? I must have called around 3 or 4 times. Horrendous customer service!
My husband had spinal surgery in November, we called to cancel the membership since we did not know how long it would be until he was able to work out again. They could not find his account so they could not cancel it for us; he had to come in personally. When he was walking around again he went in per their instructions. They claimed that they canceled it in January as we requested. We have had several withdrawals from our account since our request: 2/2 $31.98, 3/2 $4.13, 3/5 $74.63, 3/5 $10.00.. Clean gym, knowledgeable & friendly staff.. equipment is up to date...could use a juice bar!
Stay away! Bad business practices! Tons of hidden fees and almost impossible to cancel.
Gym is clean and well mantained. The pool is also excellent. Classes are all very challenging
