Customer Service is impossible. I have been waiting for months on a refund that I requested.
I had to cancel soon after joining because of surgery. Manager cancelled immediately. I can't wait to rejoin. Love this club. One thing about this club is they have cleaning people always maintaining love cker rooms. I left LA fitness and Bally's for that reason.
I feel extremely lucky to be able to work out at a facility of this quality only 1 mile away from where I live. It's a nice perk to have the place connected to a public parking garage, too. It has everything I need to maintain some sort of overall kinetic fitness.
I called to cancel my membership over two months ago, and today I got a call saying I owe for those months plus a cancellation fee. How hard is it to do the paperwork?!
