Great club. Other than the too frequent lapses in hot water and occasionally too lengthy downtime to fix hot tub and sauna, it’s an ideal club!
Very confused... I signed up under a relative, as it would get me the 20$ a month deal that she got when she signed up a while back. I don't think I can see the billing log because it is technically her account but she just let me know that **WITHOUT ANY WARNING** the 20$ per month went up to 47$ per month? I had a great orientation with Grant. He is very knowledgeable and I can't wait to get back into a routine this summer.
There are many more gyms that are much more affordable the staff is not as attentive as the past. The conditions at the club are lacking. Between paying to park even at half price and the money they charge for membership it’s tough.
Be warned, this gym is where refunds go to die. In November, I canceled my monthly, 8 session personal training package, only to find that, come December, I was charged for 8 more. Five weeks have passed and I still have yet to be reimbursed, but the good news is, in that time, another billing cycle has rolled around and I've been wrongly charged another $723 for the month of January.
