FIX THE BROKEN EQUIPMENT, AND LOCKERS
I am having difficulty cancelling my membership. Sent a certified letter in July, called to confirm cancellation in August and am still getting charged in September. Very frustrating. Making it so difficult to cancel a month to month membership makes it very difficult to recommend this gym.

Great club, nice staff, nice facilities HOWEVER a total FAIL that people go into the sauna fully dressed with outdoor/gym shoes and sweaty work out clothing via the swimming pool area. Total disrespect to people swimming and kinda filthy if you ask me.
I cut my finger on one of the 3 inclined benches 6 month. I recently asked about it and was told it was still "getting repaired". Everything here is broken and literally takes years to get fixed. Only 4 out of 9 tvs currently work. Very disappointing customer service.
This gym rocks!!! So many activities!!!
