My office ordered pizza and I told my husband how good it was. We have ordered from you several times since and LOVE the food! Also, the online ordering is so great-what ever it is costing you-it is WELL worth it! We are in fact, waiting for an order we just placed! Just wanted to let you know how impressed we have been with your food, staff and service! Outstanding!

I cancelled a delivery order because it took (way) too long and demanded a refund. I got the refund and figured it was time to warm up the leftovers in the fridge. Minutes later the manager Alex showed up at my front door with my order. I have had food delivered to me in this city for a long time, at many different places, and I thought I had seen it all. This was a first. Thank you Alex!

FAKE – Absolutely terrible food. It always smells and i am tired of the bad service. There is never any pizza and i am always waiting more than the waiting time. This is supposed to be like pizza from New York but this is a crappy impostor of a real pizza shop. This restaurant fails at making pizza. I'd rather go to McDonalads and get a pizza. Better yet I'd rather go to sushi niko and get a pizza. The food is terrible.

Meyerland-Meanest manager – We had lunch on a Saturday, busy time of the day. Tables were scarce and waiter is trying to clean them as fast as possible but manager was on his case telling him "don't you know how to clean tables?" in Spanish. Managers demeanor was slow, grumpy, unhappy, and simply mean. The rest of staff seemed on edge also. Food was good but the atmosphere was just ruined w/ the mistreatment of employees. Next time I hope the manager is doing paperwork instead.

OK food – Pizza was okay, pasta was mediocre. We would come back here if we have to, it's really close to our hotel. But there's chinese and vietnamese cuisine nearby so maybe after we are tired of those asian cuisines. NY pizzeria is open until 7pm, after all.

used to be fantasic – What has happened to this once great pizza place? The last time I called in an order, they told me 11/2 hrs to deliver, unacceptable The time before that, 1 hr to deliver the wrong pizza, then a further 30 minutes to deliver the correct order. Tonight 1:15mins to deliver , to say the crust was soggy is an under estimation it was soaking wet. I am not sure how long it was from being made to delivery but the cheese was hard and it was barely warm. The delivary guys are great, however ,they need to wake up... read more

credit card fraud – i will never order from this place again. they messed up my order for the last time. i am working with my credit card to get my funds back. do yourself a favor and call pinks, luigis or hell even pizza hut instead!!!!
