Example: great place for good bread – Easily my favorite pizza in houston. To the "horrific" experience reviews, I don't doubt it, the place is pretty casually run, and I'm sure they screw up. Still, it is clean, friendly, and 95% of the time, they really get it right. To all the other negative reviews: learn what NY style pizza means, and if it does not suit your preferences, eat elsewhere. WORST PIZZA PLACE EVER!! THIS LOCATION! – WORST PIZZA PLACE EVER!! I got aweful pizza and customer service 3 times by this place. And I have only ordered from there 3 times! Horrible Cheesesteak – Bad Cheesesteak, really bad. I went here hoping for the best and just had a cold meal and a tough cheesesteak.

Terrible service, greasy food! – I'm very disappointed with this place. I placed an order for delivery, and after they brought me my food, I saw that they got my order wrong. When I called back, they refused to fix my order. They admitted that they got my order wrong but flat out refused to bring me the right food. The person I spoke to was also extremely rude. I'm never going back!
Worst Pizza and horrible service. @ Kinwood 77339 – As a professed pizza connoisseur, this is the worst pizza I ever eating in my entire life. I requested a Margarita Pizza. The crust was like a chip, it did not have enough cheese, The Basil was dry and not fresh and it had very little. The tomatoes were green. In addition they were areas on the pizza it did not have anything. According to the web site this pizza is made in a brick oven. Well let me tell you it is not true. It is just advertisement. Shockingly bad customer service – While in town for business we walked from our hotel to the Gray Street area to find somewhere for a relaxing dinner. The outside of New York Pizzeria is inviting. They have tables lining the sidewalks. It looked to be the perfect place for a glass of wine and dinner. Everything was fine until we actually placed our order. We asked for a wine list. Best in Houston – We order from the Galleria location. The pizza is GREAT every time!!! The restaurant is always clean, the staff is friendly and even when we had Friday night delivery the wait wasn't bad at all. Definately reccommend!
good grub – I usually never leave reviews but after reading the negative comments left I had to write one myself. I really dont care for pizza much because commercial pizza companies make nasty pizza to me. (pizza hut, domino's, papa john) however new pizzeria is by far one of the best pizzas i've eaten. I also like the frozen pizza made by walmart (next to the place they serve food not the freezer isle), and incrdible pizza also has tasty pizza. those three are my top picks..try em all!!
