At one time this review would have not been one star, that would be about 6 mos. ago. That is also when I was talked into having gel manicures at New York Nail Lounge. I hadn't been at this salon for awhile, I could not afford to continue gel manicures. Also, my nails were not strong enough for this manicure. It literally destroyed my nails. I got gel manicure and regular pedicure. It came out really nice and service was good!
I had a great experience with Oscar. He was very hospitable and welcoming. I felt at home getting my nails done here and you best believe I’ll be back. I’m very picky about where I go to get my nails done and was hesitant about trying this place out but after meeting Oscar my fears slowly started to go away. He made sure everything was on point. Thank you for the outstanding customer service and a great experience. I look forward to coming back here!
$15 for the male owner that sits up front to pop off your extensions with a Metrocard, then laugh in your face when you say it’s unsanitary. The actual nail techs are kind and attentive.
They did an amazing job! I got a acrylic full set and a pedicure and they were beautiful They’re so clean and they care a lot about the clients. Very good staff
