This location is always slammed and I can’t imagine working in a place like this. I always try to be kind to the workers here. They are always kind back, the food was standard for NYF. Overall the atmosphere can be chaotic but if you are kind to these guys they will be kind back.

Every time we come here is worthy of a 5 star review. We live in the states, but came here for the first stop of our honeymoon. New York Fries is NEVER a miss when we’re in town. We are always met with such kindness by one of the workers. She seems to always be here and works incredibly hard. I wish I could shout her out by name, but every time we come she usually tells us to not worry about her name haha. She is the highlight of our trips here and we appreciate her so much. She even gave us a free sample. Thank you so much

The food was absolutely delicious! We tried the Nachos Poutine, and it was fantastic. A big shoutout to Tisha for providing exceptional service and making our experience even better.

I ordered large size pulled pork but the portion was far from enough. The box was only around half filled, and the female staff was rude too. Not recommended！
