Purchased tickets and assigned it to fan verified account. No mention of the need to have that person accept the ticket was advertised in the email purchase confirmation nor were any follow up emails sent to myself or the other individual sent about this step, which resulted in the cancellation of the ticket purchas without any warning. This could have been my first comic con but tried to get my fam individually verified each with different emails but same home address because im the mom and they lose everything and i wanted the badges to come to same house... Get an email back stating my fan verification was voided due to duplicate accounts... First off NO ACCTS were duplicate cause i used different emails my kids provided me with.. just had tickets refunded for no reason or explanation, thats a terrible way to do things
My wife got myself and my two daughters to jump through all the stupid hoops to get verified. We thought we were done but my wife just got an email that our tickets have been refunded/cancelled and hers is still valid. Turns out we did not respond to an email that got buried amongst junk email. Now what do we do? My kids are upset; how are you going to rectify this. I bought tix for me and my 14 year old son. For some reason I have to transfer the tix I bought! Why? ShowClix sucks! They need a better company to service the tix!
All I want to do is get my fan verified daughter's ticket accepted. Does she need her own Showclix account? Showclix said they don't help with Comic Con.
