Never received my badges. Customer service lied to me twice about when they were shipped. They refused to Fed Ex me my badges and will now have to probably wait at will call for probably quite a while even though I followed all procedures to get my badges via mail. This will be the last time I attend the NYCC or do any business with Reed Pop.

RecommendedThis is my first Con ever! No problems on my end so far, you just have to follow instructions. Just need a TWD panel lottery now. I need a ticket to this - badly!!!!! Can't really recommend anything yet since I've never been, but a lot of interesting things going on! Can't wait!!!!!!
This is getting ridiculous with the lottery system. Both multiple days for my family and I in attempt to winning a chance at getting into the only exhibit I actually care for as a collector. Not to even get a chance is wasted ticket money for me. May be last year for me and my family.
I haven’t received my badges, which were purchased in mid July and it’s already September 28th I’ve been emailing and calling their customer service for DAYS with no response yet. $120ish down the drain now if I can’t get my badges. Unbelievable.
RecommendedI love ComicCon......however this year I’m having problems with getting my tickets. It’s a week away and I don’t have my badges. Is anyone having these problems? Customer service is mediocre.
Sunday ticket 45 bucks i can meet yall downtown and its already activated
