First time doing this, and I was not able to get tickets for my Brother and my Dad, because they were not Fan Verified, It would be nice if I could buy the other two tickets and give it to them when they are FV after warn. I figure this is to prevent resellers, but you Already limited the badges to Four a day, The least you could let us do is hold tickets for Family and Friends. SMH. :/

I have had no problem getting my tickets for NYCC for the past 2 years. I was even able to purchase 7 tickets during the pre-sale this year on June 10th for my family, friends, and myself. Until Thursday, July 12th when I get an email from ReedPOP with no context other than I’m being partially refunded for NYCC tickets. Now 5 out of my 7 tickets are gone, and now I have to try to explain to my family and friends that NYCC took their tickets for seemingly no reason. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!

Must be nice to have become so big that the little people who helped you get this thing to where it is don’t matter anymore. You folks could’ve sent warning emails about tickets having to be assigned to other fan verified profiles. It’s similar to when you folks send out emails 3 times before a ticket presale or the 3 times you folks send out announcements about the day tickets go on sale. The customer service for this was very poor and unacceptable.

Tried all day to get someone on the phone. All I got was a busy signal. This fan verification system is not working! Both kids verified and they cancelled one of them. Been buying the same kids tickets for three years. Get your act together!

Comic Con, this is YOUR fault. YOU guys changed the system this year and failed to send out several emails to allow people to update their fan verification, create a new one, etc. It is YOUR fault because otherwise, this wouldn't be happening to droves of people, having our tickets suddenly cancelled. FIX THIS NOW. Not to mention all the people who already made hotel reservations and now don’t have comic con tickets.

I did everything I had to do for the pre-sale (fan verification) and paid for my son and I tickets. Now I received an email telling me that one of our tickets is refunded. I tried calling and email with no results (phone is busy or states no longer in service). This will probably be my last year (after 7 years) if they don't correct the problem.
