Recommendedalways a good time. been going for the last few years. ticket time is always stressful, but this year was the best. loved the process. did mess up with fan verification, but got that fixed quick. glad I got the email so I could hand the situation. used customer service via email and they were great. very excited to attend Saturday & Sunday this year
I have gone to NYCC for at least 5 years! My dad has always just bought all our tickets so there is no mix up on the day or date. This year they canceled the other 3 tickets he bought. So he will be going alone without his kids! We sent and email to whoever can fix this. This is such a shame since now I can’t even buy tickets to go with him.

Been going since 2015 and usually have a good time. They always have at least 3-5 people I want to meet/see and (with the exception of Mark Hamill) their guests price their autographs/photo ops reasonably so I can meet/see others and do more throughout the day(s). However, the fan verified crap is extremely annoying and makes planning groups difficult. It's extremely overcrowded and the staff spends more time yelling at people than actually keeping order.
