Been going since 2013 and never had a problem with NYCC. They have great customer service on the phone and on their page. I always look forward to attending and getting my geek on :)
Horrible experience. Purchased tickets then refunded me the money because they accused me of reselling without any proof.
I've only started going to NYCC last year, but the 2 years I have gone it has been amazing. The ticket prices have not been terrible, they're very similar to the local cons I go to. I understand the single day ticket change and I have been able to purchase the tickets I want just fine.
They try hard to do the right thing, and customer support is really very good. Sometimes logistics get caught up in red tape, which may be self-inflicted, but they do their best to straighten things out by showtime.
Acquiring tickets this year was so easy and quick compared to previous years.

Never got any emails about verification opening and just saw the tickets went on sale and no other post and was just told by message basically oh well to bad
While ticket sale process isn't perfect for everyone, not sure it can be. The improvements they make each year are working. I love the show and really love that they try their best to listen to the fans.
Just scored tickets to my first comic con. The process just to get tickets was an adventure. Can't wait to go!!!! Live long and prosper 🖖
