This is the only convention where I really enjoy the panels! I don't have to make my own fun at this convention. It just has truly good content! Also, all this free stuff! I am literally wearing a free t-shirt from the Archer panel at this very moment!

I waited 3.5 hours in advance purchase line to get into the building on the Thursday of the 2016 show. I have emailed Reed Pop multiple times, never gotten a response ever. Worse comic con customer service ever.

Phenomenal experience!!! More than worth the 5 hour flight to get there!

This con has turned into such a joke. Don't waste your time or money. Try the con in jersey.

Don't even bother trying to get tickets. You won't be able to. Even if you can they handle the announcements for guests entirely backwards. First the tickets go on sale, and sell out almost immediately, then, months later they tell you who will be there. If you can't go the entire weekend and pick the wrong day to attend you will miss out on a guest that you may have wanted to meet. It is a stupid and backwards way to do business.

Your presale idea for tickets works. However your website and presale registration process is way overcomplicated. Either simplify it to first come first serve like 95% of other sellout events (not just comic cons) or streamline the process. Your event is huge, and it looks like you need to expand your staff, event location, and your ticket sales. You have missed out on thousands of extra revenue due to these issues alone.

Dunno why people complain so much. There will always be people who do not get tickets or into panels. That's life grow up. Just enjoy other parts of the con. My one complaint is they fill the venue to capacity sometimes it's impossible to walk around.... But over all there's always something cool to check out and plenty of eye candy.

I'm sorry but the best years of nycc was 2010-2012 where you can go everywhere. Panels were free and guest back then were better.
