Every year they manage to screw something up. This year it was the lottery system...really getting tired of the excuses...smh
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I HAVE BEEN CALLING REEDPOP THE LAST THREE WEEKS WITH NO AMSWERS. THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK. YOU SUCK!
After this year, NYCC has fallen to being just ok—if you are in your 20s with lots of time to kill. Ordered tickets early in the year but never received my badge in the mail. Was told to print my receipt and go to Will Call. The lines are atrocious, the Javits is too small for it as the con is literally packed with people which makes it hard to move around and enjoy yourself. Just can't deal with it anymore as it's not worth the ticket price.
I have receive my ticket for the events next week and I will be enjoying myself.
Ive been going for a while now and i never have any issus with anything, if i have an issue i email or call and they take care of it.
The last time I looked, Thursday Was still open. Not much happening that day. So far it looks like last year was better. No wonder woman or cast of game of thrones. Sure they have the cast of walking dead for one day only. West coast cons have everyone going. I am going just the same on Fri. And Sunday.
Changing for the worse every year. Really disappointing.

They tell you the guest list first before you buy the tickets so you get hyped. But when the badges are all sold out the they tell you that the high profiled guest backed out for one reason or another. This is just a ploy to get you to buy the badges. Reedpop lies to make money off of the fans.
