Getting feedback from Clients is a plus as well as listening and accepting criticism. I gave it a 1 for many reasons but what gets me is the lack of communication and understanding. I hope one day that this agency learns the importance of hearing people out. Good luck
If I can give no stars they would have no stars this place is a scam they do not pay everything on here that people are saying is absolutely correct they are top-notch scam artist and people that work for them you need to check your social security You need to check all your information because I'm sure they may be passing around your information
If I could give no stars, I would. This company is HORRIBLE. They're unprofessional, unreliable, and give real scam vibes. I believe they're lying to the insurance companies, and pocketing money. They don't pay correctly, and they don't respond to messages or calls. I no longer work with them, i stopped awhile ago because of their nonsense, but now they refuse to send out w2s. This company needs to be reported. They're criminals, taking advantage of people in need of care.
