Typical trashy wholesaler Do not trust New Western. I recently raced tp a west side home relying on their comparables which looked very similar to the subject property. The deal looked workable and so I committed due to the current competitive investing environment. When I returned to the office I looked at my own comparables, and discovered that New Western had provided FOUR HOMES IN AN ADJACENT SUBDIVISION that sells for about 20% more than the subject subdivision. These people are a SCAM! Stay as far away from theis company as you can. They don't care about you or your sellers/clients. They promise to close and WILL not show up for the closing and leav you holding the bag. When you try to get an answer they pass you around until you get their "GM" with a J. O. B. that has no idea what his name or your name means. Liars and scammers...

My experience in New Western was great thanks to a super special person who attended me, Mr. Pedro P*****. I had no idea or experience about fix and flip and Mr. P***** was very professional in everything. He advised me on all of the properties that he sent me every day, also the areas, contrators and even when I told him that I did not have a lender, he found one, so I had the oportunity to close the deal in 12 days. I have purchased wholesale properties from New Western. My most recent purchase was facilitated by Ezana K******** at New Western. To this day I will probably never figure out how he did this, but he found me a property that had been on MLS and was somehow able to get my price for it under list. I am sure it is some trade secret, but I have done a lot of transactions and had not seen this. Ezana is a very likeable and easy to work with, his professionalism makes the process a breeze.
