Justin sent us to a home in Atlanta. He told us that we needed to quickly place a bid because "if we didn't want it, there was someone else offering more than the asking price." I am a novice investor and just met with these guys last week in Delaware County. They have been so informative and helpful so far. I met with a guy named Bill and he has shown me 2 properties so far, gotten me approved through a lender, and set me up with a couple contractors. Their houses sell super fast but I am hoping to pull the trigger very shortly. So far im super impressed!
