My realtor had various calls and emails from Connor ******** the general manager from ****** ******** regarding the purchase of my home . We ended up under contract and they ended up wasting a lot of our time and effort . Do not work with this company. I worked with Kristen in OKC and it was a terrible experience from the start. Things went wrong at every corner and I was constantly being misled. They don't care about you at all and will pressure you to send in your deposit money and when things go wrong they will blame you and find a reason to keep it. The deal I went into I was lied to about who owned the property, how fast it would close, when the seller would move out, the type of financing I could use, and the condition of the property. ... read more

Jake is as rude as they come. I decided not to move forward with a deal after our hard money loan officer confirming the ARV was not there for the property we negotiated on. I even told jake the reason for me not moving forward; and he decides to ignore the messages sent, however when he thinks he's going to get $$ from you he's blowing up your phone constantly.
