Illegal and abusive email practices. I've never done business with this company nor have I signed up for their emails, but I've gotten hundreds of spammy emails from them using all different kinds of shell company names and they refuse to stop even after multiple complaints and requests to stop. Avoid them like the plague. I'm filing FCC harassment complaints for every email I receive from them. Also in case you can't tell, they have their employees post reviews all over the internet to pad their ****** reputation.

If you plan to sell your property, steer clear of this company. They will provide you with all kinds of promises then leave you empty handed. SCAM!! I brought these people a buyer and had a non disclosure non circumvent . Vetted the buyer and made sure he was qualified . Then we had to bid on the property my buyer one . The agreement with them was anything over the asking was my fee which was 5k once they got all the information on the buyer the rep called me And said we appreciate your hard work bringing us a buyer but we can't pay you because your a whokesaler . They were aware our company both buys and sells real estate as we are local investors as well. These ... read more

Typical trashy wholesaler Do not trust New Western. I recently raced tp a west side home relying on their comparables which looked very similar to the subject property. The deal looked workable and so I committed due to the current competitive investing environment. When I returned to the office I looked at my own comparables, and discovered that New Western had provided FOUR HOMES IN AN ADJACENT SUBDIVISION that sells for about 20% more than the subject subdivision.
