I didn't even get through the door. First email , insists that they need a phone number to call me, but communication was misspelled... Then the call comes through, loud and won't stop talking. Asked me what I wanted to know, which is my trade value. TOM WAYLON, went on a 5 minute speech how they are giving 20% more for trades this week only. When finally done, I told him that kbb was too wide spread and that didn't help me. He then told me again that I would have to come in and drive the car in a long rambling speach. When ... read more
